The process continues with the pasteurization and then skimming of the milk, where the operator titrates the milk according to requirements.

The company offers multipurpose cheese making tanks of various types, designed according to the production and parameters defined with customers. This equipment is used for the production of various types of curd, for the production of fresh and matured cheese, stretched curd cheese or mozzarella with special lines.
Depending on the type of cheese to be produces, Pietribiasi Michelangelo S.r.l. supplies curd collection tanks, draining work tables, pre-pressing and pressing systems, brine tanks and hardening tanks.
The company also supplies equipment and plants for the production of ricotta from whey.
